Jelly Charts is a trading replay, journalling and backtesting tool run by Stoplosses.ai LLC. This page says plainly what it stores and why. It is not a legal document written to sound impressive; if something here is unclear, email and ask.
What is stored
- Your email address. It identifies your login; mentorship records use a stable account identifier. It is used to email you a sign-in link and to match your Stripe subscription to your account.
- Your journal and your strategies. Trades, notes, tags, settings and any Python an AI agent wrote for you live in a database created for your account alone, hosted on Turso. No other account can read it.
- Market data you upload. The 1-minute bar files you upload are stored so the app can replay them back to you. Jelly Charts does not sell or redistribute market data and does not include any.
- A sign-in cookie. One cookie,
jelly_session, set for 30 days. It is HTTP-only and HTTPS-only and holds nothing but your signed email address.
Mentorship workspaces
Your introduction, goals, agreed plans, homework, selected evidence and shared session notes are stored in the hosted mentorship database on Turso. You and your assigned mentor can access shared workspace records. Student-private and mentor-private notes are visible only to their author; administrative access alone does not expose them.
The optional local connector sends metadata from newly saved completed or failed backtest records: status, instrument, test dates, version identifiers and trade count. It does not upload your full journal, strategy source, credentials or market-data files. Imported saved runs can also appear. You choose whether to pair a device and can pause or revoke reporting in dashboard settings.
Pausing or archiving mentorship preserves your existing readable records and exports; it does not disable your downloaded package. You can request deletion using the contact below. Existing backup copies follow the storage provider's retention process; deletion is not represented as instant erasure from every backup.
Payment
Payment is handled by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's own checkout page and are never sent to, seen by, or stored by Jelly Charts. Jelly Charts receives only your email address and whether the subscription is active. Stripe's own privacy notice applies to what it holds: stripe.com/privacy.
Sign-in links are sent through AgentMail. At present they are sent from an address on
askelira.com, another site run by the same person; that is why the sender
domain does not match this one.
The AI agent
If you use the AI agent, your prompts go to OpenRouter through the managed AI service included in your Jelly AI plan. You do not supply an AI API key. Do not paste anything into it you would not want to leave this machine.
What is not done
There is no advertising, no analytics or tracking script, no third-party pixel, and your private journal is never sold or used to train anything. Mentorship records and evidence you select are shared with your assigned mentor as described above.
Deleting your data
Email jellycharts@agentmail.to and ask. Your database, your uploads and your email address are deleted. Stripe keeps its own payment records for as long as its own rules require.
